Terms and Conditions

1. Course Duration & Access

The Six-Figure Accelerator is a 12-week program that includes a structured curriculum, biweekly live coaching calls, and access to a private Slack community.

  • Participants have 6 months of access to the course materials.
  • Live coaching calls and Slack access are included for 12 weeks. After that, participants may choose to continue access to Slack and coaching calls for $47/month.

2. Pricing & Payment Policy

  • Enrollment Fee: $547
  • Optional Ongoing Access: $47/month for continued Slack & coaching calls after 12 weeks.
  • All payments must be made in full at the time of enrollment.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the extensive time, effort, and resources invested in this program, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, unless required by law. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are making a non-refundable commitment to your career growth.

4. Participant Requirements

There are no prerequisites to join, but participants must abide by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable agreements. Violation of these terms may result in removal from the program without a refund.

5. Course Access & Expiration

  • Participants receive 6 months of access to the course materials from the date of enrollment.
  • After 6 months, access to the course content expires unless otherwise stated.
  • Access to live calls and Slack expires after 12 weeks unless participants opt into $47/month continued access.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All program content—including videos, templates, worksheets, and course materials—is protected under copyright laws. Participants receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license for individual use only. Sharing, reselling, or distributing program materials is strictly prohibited.

7. Prohibited Use

Participants may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share any course materials without explicit written permission.
  • Use the program content for commercial purposes, coaching, or training others.
  • Engage in harassment, inappropriate behavior, or unauthorized use of program spaces (Slack, calls, etc.).

Violating these terms may result in immediate removal from the program without a refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any career outcomes, financial losses, or indirect/consequential damages resulting from participation in the program. Your job search success depends on multiple factors beyond our control.

9. Earnings Disclaimer

While this program provides proven strategies, we do not guarantee specific job offers, income levels, or results. Your success will depend on your individual effort, experience, and external factors.

10. Legal & Financial Disclaimer

The Six-Figure Accelerator does not provide legal, financial, or business advice. Participants should consult their own professionals for career-related decisions.

11. Technology & Access Disclaimer

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to program materials and live calls, but we cannot guarantee error-free service. Participants are responsible for maintaining internet access and compatible devices.

12. Errors & Omissions

We make every effort to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that all materials are free of errors or fully up to date.

13. Community & Communication Guidelines

The Six-Figure Accelerator fosters a supportive and professional environment. Participants agree to:

  • Engage respectfully in Slack and live calls.
  • Refrain from harassment, spam, or inappropriate behavior.
  • Follow all program guidelines and policies.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the program without a refund.

14. Payment & Subscription Policy

  • Enrollment is a one-time payment of $547.
  • Ongoing Slack & coaching call access after 12 weeks is $47/month (optional).
  • Failure to make payments may result in suspension of access.

15. Release of Claims

By participating, you release Kristina Butler, The Keys to the Office, LLC dba Virtual Six-Figure Mom, and all affiliates from any claims related to your career results, program experience, or financial decisions.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
