Terms & Conditions (3‑Month VIP Intensive)

Service Period

  • Your 3‑month (90‑day) coaching window begins when you schedule your first session. All sessions and support must be used within this period; unused sessions expire after 90 days.

Payment Terms

  • Investment: $1,597 paid in full or 3 monthly payments of $547 (via credit card, Afterpay, or Klarna). By choosing a payment plan, you authorise automatic monthly charges. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
  • No refunds: Because this is a high‑touch experience with extensive preparation and limited spots, all sales are final and non‑refundable.

Participant Responsibilities

  • Complete pre‑work (Gallup StrengthsFinder and Career Alignment Assessment) before your first session and attend sessions on time.
  • Actively implement the strategies discussed; as coaching‑contract best practice notes, clients must be accountable for outcomes
  • You are responsible for your results; we do not guarantee job offers or specific earnings.

Scheduling & Rescheduling

  • Sessions must be booked within the 90‑day window. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) will be forfeited. Sessions cannot be carried over beyond the program window.

Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

  • All materials (templates, PDFs, videos, the Alignment Snapshot, etc.) are proprietary. You receive a personal, non‑transferable license to use them for your career. You agree not to reproduce, sell, or distribute any materials.
  • Coaching contracts should include confidentiality and data‑protection clauses; we will keep information you share confidential (except as required by law), and you agree to do the same with program content.

Scope of Services

  • Includes: one 90‑minute intensive call; Resume and LinkedIn refresh (two rounds of edits); three months of Slack/email support with weekly prompts and curated job leads; one 45‑minute strategy or onboarding call; and a custom 30/60/90 onboarding plan if you land a role. Additional services (e.g., extra editing rounds or further coaching) are available for an additional fee.
  • Clear scope, confidentiality, payment terms, and termination conditions are essential elements of a coaching contract

Release of Claims & Limitation of Liability

  • Coaching is a collaborative process. You accept sole responsibility for implementing the strategies and agree that The Keys to the Office, LLC (d/b/a Kristina Butler Coaching) is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation.
  • Coaching is not therapy, legal advice, or financial advice; consult appropriate professionals as needed.

Termination

  • We may terminate services for non‑payment, breach of these terms, or inappropriate conduct. You may withdraw at any time, but no refunds will be issued, and unused sessions cannot be transferred.

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
